Data is like raw material. Data does not interrelate and also it does not help in decision making. Data is defined as groups of non-random symbols in the form of text, images, a voice representing quantities, action and objects. Information: Information is the product of data processing. (What are the characteristics of information, 1992). The most important ways we use information in our work are: We gather and analyze the information when services register, through continual monitoring and when we inspect them. Organizations look at potential changes in quality by bringing together relevant information about a provider. Organizations look at data and use it to monitor services continuously. It helps us to make sure the organization of the decision making is based on sound evidence. There are many attributes to information. (What are the main ways we use the information?, 2019). Good information must be accurate. Accuracy: - good information is based on correct and complete data, and it has been processed correctly as expected. Accuracy is crucial; managers must be able to rely on the results of their information systems. (Q5 – What are the Characteristics of Good Information?, 2015). Characteristics of information are very important to support all activities.

Introduction

Information is the most powerful thing in the information society. We are unable to do all thing without information. Information as a process, Information as a knowledge,

Information as a thing, Information is anything that can change human life. Information is

·         Knowledge communicated or received concerning a particular fact or circumstance, news. (Information, 2002)

·         Knowledge gained through study, communication, research, instruction, etc.; factual data. (Information, 2002)

·         Information is produced by all processes and it is the values of characteristics in the processes. (A Discipline Independent Definition of Information, 1997)

An information society is "An information society is a society where the creation, distribution, use, integration, and manipulation of information is a significant economic, political and cultural activity". We use many types of information in the information society, such as general information, news, financial, numerical, recreational, government, scholarly, etc. There are many attributes to information. Such as

Accuracy is a special attribute in the information. Therefore many advantages have on the information society. Library able to send the right information to on user at on time through the right methods. Users are able to succeed in information need on time. An organization is able to save the time of the users. Accuracy is able to process service, production and work very well. Users are able to continue academic work, research work, etc. and also information society able to create a new thing, methods, service, machine, etc. Information society follows to the next generation through accuracy. Because accuracy is being developed information society day by day. New technology is developing day by day (Alahakoon, 1996). Many information comes to society. So the Library have to select where they are wrong or write information, then the library and other organization use accuracy. The library has to select the primary resource, secondary resource and tertiary resource. Then the library uses accuracy for the select right information.

An information product is created by the organization. There are a lot of information products that come to society. Such as Abstract, Index, Bibliography, documentation service, E-data base, E- website, etc. Library very useful accuracy for retrieve information during this time.

How to use accuracy for success work

The factory has main five lines. The factory start at 8.30 am and closes at 5.00 pm. According to the below charts the main five lines achieve the target on the first hour, Such as A-10, B-20, C-30, D-40, E-50. This is data. The first-hour production was pieced 150. 150 is information. This is accurate data and information. This data was collected by the line supervisors. After the Production manager able to decide for daily production. This time if do not collect accuracy data production manager do not make a better decision for daily production. As well as work-study officers do not take decisions for per hour target.

According to the Machine, labours, time was given per hour target by the work-study officers. A Mainline should achieve 60 pieces per hour. Per hour total production is 300 pieces. It work should be effective and efficient. This time if do not collect accuracy data work-study officers do not decide for per hour target. After the Production manager able to give daily production when analyzed the information. Analyzed information was knowledge. This time used to retrieve part for information by the production manager. Production managers add logic to information.

Then information transfer knowledge. This time if do not collect accuracy data production manager do not decide for daily production.

The production manager arranges a meeting for line supervisors and he explains the present situation in the main lines. Then he able to change processes and give a new target to achieve daily production. This time he does not give accuracy data, daily production should fail. After the factory has to meet disadvantage results. Accuracy data is very important at this moment. Otherwise this full production does not achieve on time.

Information = 150

Knowledge  = Per hour target, Daily production

Wisdom       = How to achieve future production

Summarize

Information attributes support all activities. As well as accuracy support to take an important decision, change work, creating new methods and production, etc. accuracy very important to all users processes them work. According to the example accuracy very support all works in the factory. As well as other works. We should make better decisions on time in one place. Accuracy supports it. Therefore we save our money, service, equipment, time, etc. so accuracy has a lot of advantages. If we do not accuracy very well we have to face a lot of disadvantages. So attribute of accuracy is a better attribute rather than other attributes.
